Refund Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

This policy explains when you can get your money back for a Cesflo subscription. Cesflo is provided by TCM Technologies Limited. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.

1. Try before you pay

Every new workspace starts with a free trial, currently 21 days, with no payment method required. We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether Cesflo fits your team before you subscribe.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason. This applies to the first payment on a new monthly or annual subscription.

3. Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your workspace stays on its plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data is not deleted.

Renewal payments (the second month onward, or the second year onward for annual plans) are not refundable, except where required by law or where the renewal was charged in error, for example after you had already cancelled. If you forgot to cancel an annual renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will review the request in good faith.

4. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Neither deletes any of your data.

5. How to request a refund

Reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle, or use paddle.net to find your order and request a refund. You can also contact us and we will arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, they apply.
